Jessica Hernandez is a people person who gets along with everyone. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves playing with her daughter while listening to music. She holds a Bachelors in Graphic Design and currently has a career in medical billing. We are very excited to have her part of the CCPLongmont team and can’t wait for her to use her skill of seeing every view of an issue or problem including even outside the box.
Mission
Community Connections Project of Longmont (a Public Benefit 501c3 nonprofit) is established to facilitate and sponsor community projects that promote healthy and sustainable relationships between humans, animals and nature in a manner that results in increased opportunity for independent living, civic engagement and intergenerational/inter-ability alliances.
