Originally from Michigan, Michelle relocated to a dairy farm in Colorado in 2007. Married to a fourth-generation dairy farmer, Michelle has embraced country living and finds value in raising her kids in a rural area. Professionally, Michelle has worked with individuals who have disabilities for over 30 years.
She is passionate about helping people learn new skills and live meaningful lives. Having a master’s degree in education and a Special Education teaching license, Michelle has worked in the field of education for over 25 years in various capacities. She is excited about CCPLongmont because it blends her passion of teaching people of differing abilities with her love of animals and serving the community.
